Dr. Sahar Kazzaz is recognized as one of the most accomplished plastic surgeons in the UAE. With over 30 years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery—25 years of which have been devoted exclusively to cosmetic and aesthetic procedures—she has become a trusted leader in her field. Her subspecialties include cosmetic breast surgery, advanced body contouring, and body lift procedures after massive weight loss.

Since relocating to Dubai since 1999, Dr. Kazzaz became the first full-time female plastic surgeon in the UAE. In June 2004, she was honoured with an Appreciation Award by the Emirates Plastic Surgery Society (EPSS) for her vital role in the establishment of the Society.

Dr. Sahar earned her bachelor’s degree in medicine & surgery in 1988, followed by a Board-Certified Degree Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (FICMS) in 1995. She also earned a subspecialized degree in aesthetic surgery Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Surgery and MSc in Aesthetic Surgery, both with distinction from the University of London/ Queen Mary and Westfield College.

Dr Sahar was one of the first plastic surgeons in the region to incorporate adipose-derived stem cells (stem cells from your own unwanted fat tissue) for breast, body, and face, and to manage many skin and soft tissue defect whether congenital or related to previous trauma or an outcome of previous surgical intervention.

She is one of leading plastic surgeons working with Bioscience Laboratory, Middle East for expanding & storing stem cells (main branch, Melan Italy). She is also one of the members Cell Surgical Network (CSN), which is based in USA.

• Breast lift (Mastopexy): utilized breast own tissue for breast reshaping. Can be combined with fat transfer to improve breast shape and Décolleté area. Combined breast lift with implant, fat or both.
• Breast Volumization & rejuvenation after massive weight loss: using high quality regenerative approach
• Breast shape deformity & asymmetry: can be congenital or after previous trauma or surgery to the breast.
• Secondary breast surgery: to correct unsatisfactory outcomes of previous aesthetic surgery or to correct late breast implant complication(s).

6. Minimally Invasive Body Enhancements and Rejuvenative Therapies:

• Facial and Cervico-Mandibular Contouring: Refinement of the face, neck, and jawline utilizing advanced liposuction, energy-assisted skin tightening, autologous fat grafting, or combined approaches.
• Regenerative and Cellular-Based Therapies: Application of evidence-based biostimulatory modalities for facial and body skin rejuvenation, as well as hair restoration. Protocols incorporate autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP), exosomes, bioactive peptides, adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs), allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells, and stromal vascular fraction (SVF) harvested from autologous adipose tissue.
