Reasons Our Teeth Become Discolored.
There are many reasons why our teeth become discolored. This can be due to the foods that we eat and things that we do including:
- Tobacco use
- Certain foods
- Other foods
It can also be due to other reasons such as:
- Exposure to certain antibiotics (such as tetracyclines)
- Tooth decay
- Too much fluoride during development
- Discoloring during treatment (root canals, restorations, etc.)
Benefits of Teeth Whitening.
There are many reasons why you might want to consider getting your teeth whitened. These include:
A white smile looks healthier.
Discolored (and potentially rotten) teeth aren’t healthy, and they don’t look that way. If you want to show the world that you care, you can start by whitening your teeth.
In fact, it is healthier.
Not only are we removing stains, you may notice that your teeth are going to become stronger and healthier. This makes your gums healthier and your overall mouth will be also!
You feel better.
Whiter teeth make a difference in the way that you look (and feel). When you are unhappy with the way that your teeth look, you are less likely to smile and may hide behind others so that people don’t see your mouth.
The first thing that people notice about you is your smile.
Most people notice a nice smile before they notice anything else about a person. Don’t you want them to see a beautiful white smile first?
Why We Should Help You Whiten Your Teeth.
There are many options for people who want to whiten their teeth. Many people spend hundreds of dollars a year on whitening toothpastes and other supplies so they can treat their teeth at home. However, your best bet would be to come into our office and discuss the right treatment for you.
Here are some reasons why.
The truth is that the products that we use are stronger and work better than the ones that you can purchase over the counter. In fact, those are made to help with lighter stains so many people don’t notice much of a difference at all.
We offer several options to help you get significantly whiter teeth in under an hour. We even have one that will whiten your teeth up to four shades in five minutes!
Some of the over-the-counter treatments work by actually damaging your teeth and gums. This leads to more sensitivity and can really affect your life.
Our dentists will work with you to come up with the right treatment (or treatment plan) to ensure that you get the white teeth that you want and deserve.
