Paula Soriano Lluch has worked as a clinical psychologist since 2010. She treats both adults and children, providing comprehensive cognitive and social-emotional assessments. She is highly skilled at interpreting psychometric test results.
She was awarded her psychology degree by the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain. She then undertook further study, obtaining a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the Center of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy in Valencia; and a Masters in Teacher Training, specializing in Educational Guidance from the International University of Valencia.
Having worked extensively in Spain as a clinical psychologist, Paula moved to the UAE in 2014. She took up a position as a clinical psychologist at a support unit for children and in 2015 she joined The American Center for Psychiatry and Neurology.
Paula has undertaken specific training in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She focuses on treating depression and anxiety disorders, including panic disorders, social phobias, OCD and post-traumatic stress disorder. She also treats bed-wetting, autism and ADHD in children and is adept at supporting families who have been impacted by childhood behavioral issues.
She speaks Spanish, Catalan, English, French and Italian.
