Dr. Eman Rasmy is a highly experienced and dedicated consultant anesthetist with over 20 years of expertise in anesthesia and perioperative care. She has extensive experience managing anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures, including orthopedic, plastic, obstetrics & gynecology, neurosurgical, maxillofacial, general, pediatric, urology, ENT, bariatric, poly-trauma, and endoscopic surgeries.

Dr. Eman holds two diplomas from Montpellier University, France—one in Ultrasound-Guided Regional Anesthesia and the other in Ultrasound-Guided Chronic Pain Management. She also earned the European Diploma of Anesthesia, demonstrating her commitment to the highest international standards in anesthesia practice.

As a skilled anesthetist, Dr. Eman confidently administers all forms of anesthesia, including general, regional, neuro-axial, conscious sedation, and ambulatory anesthesia care. Her expertise extends to chronic and acute pain management, where she is proficient in performing procedures using ultrasound and C-arm guided techniques.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Eman has played a pivotal role in hospital administration and medical education. As the Medical Director of Novomed Surgical Hospital in Dubai, she was instrumental in transforming the facility from a day-care center into a fully operational 24-hour hospital. She successfully led accreditation processes with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and oversaw the development of hospital policies, recruitment of medical staff, and implementation of training programs.

Dr. Eman has also made significant contributions to medical education and accreditation. She was a faculty member of the Montpellier Diploma in Dubai for two years, training other professionals in regional anesthesia and pain management. Additionally, she was a key figure in obtaining Saudi Board accreditation for the anesthesia departments of all Dubai Health Authority hospitals (Rashid, Latifa, Dubai & Hatta Hospitals) and was instrumental in establishing the anesthesia residency program at Rashid Hospital, Dubai.

As a pain management expert, Dr Eman can block any nerve under the precision of ultrasound guidance and was trained under renowned specialist Dr Philippe Macaire. She is also highly skilled at PRP treatments. She is committed to treating patients with different chronic pain conditions including lower-back pain, joints, muscles and tendons, as well as cancer pain and painful diabetic neuropathy.
