To book an appointment, all you have to do is call us at 8006686 or fill out our online form and select your preferred date and time, and you will receive a confirmation email or SMS to your mobile phone.
Our nurse will arrive at the time selected on the day of your appointment. For maximum safety, please wear a mask when meeting our nurse. The nurse will tell you when to remove your mask and put it on again afterward.
Do not apply any nasal medication for 30 minutes before your swab test to reduce the risk of affecting the swab result.
During the swab test, our nurse will take a sample from your nasal passage to be delivered to our partnered laboratory. For rapid tests, the nurse stays at the location until the test result is ready.
