Dr Raed is a dedicated and patient-focused anesthesiologist with more than 20 years of experience in the field of anesthesia. He holds a diploma in regional anesthesia from the University of Montpellier, France, and a clinical fellowship in liver transplant and anesthesia and perioperative medicine from Western University, Ontario, Canada.

Dr Raed received extensive training on all aspects of anesthesia and intensive care, including general surgery, obstetrics & gynecology, cardiac surgery, I.C.U, urology, orthopedics, thoracic surgery, neurosurgery, plastic & faciomaxillary surgery, ophthalmic surgery, and pediatric surgery.

Before joining Novomed, Dr Raed worked at several prestigious hospitals in Iraq and the UAE and finished a fellowship program training at Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, Western University, Ontario, Canada, where he practiced in more than 30 liver transplantation and was closely involved in preoperative assessment and optimization of liver patients and many other major hepatobiliary surgeries.
