Nadine Andari Halabi has been practicing as a clinical dietitian in the UAE since 2001. She completed her studies at the American University of Beirut, earning a BSc in Biology, a BSc in Nutrition and an MSc in Clinical Nutrition.
She is skilled at genetic testing for health and nutrition, and uses Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to treat patients suffering from conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, gout, food allergies and intolerances. She has been involved in wellness programs at various companies and schools, and is also highly experienced in creating healthy eating programs for pregnant and lactating woman.
Nadine takes a holistic approach in helping patients who need to lose weight, including a comprehensive review of their medical history, psychological factors, hormonal issues, exercise and sleeping habits, etc.
She has worked extensively with patients suffering from eating disorders, including obesity, and has helped bariatric patients change their eating habits and lifestyle after their weight-loss surgery.
Nadine is a Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is a regular host of the nutrition segment on Sabah Al Arabiya morning TV show. She speaks English and Arabic.
