Re-Energising Raspberry Ripple Smoothie
40 g frozen raspberries
1 tsp runny honey
A Dash or 35ml apple juice
A Good Scoop of Frozen Yoghurt
125 ml skimmed milk (or Almond Milk)
Handful of Ice Cubes
Total – 211 Cals
- First blend the raspberries and honey then add the apple juice, mix together and put to one side.
- In a clean blender mix together frozen yoghurt, milk and ice cubes until smooth.
- Pour creamy mixture into your favourite glass and then drizzle over the raspberries, swirling with a straw to create a ripple effect. Enjoy!
