At Novomed Aesthetica we know that not all lasers are created equal, which is why we have invested in large variety of superior-quality lasers designed to give the most effective results with the minimum possible discomfort. The quality of lasers is backed up by the skills of our carefully selected laser experts. Our licensed technicians are highly experienced, meaning they will always choose the correct laser to use based on your skin type, skin condition and the specific treatment you have requested. In addition, they will be able to accurately customize the application of a specific laser to meet your needs.
To increase the effectiveness our laser treatments even further, we are able to supplement them with innovative techniques such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, thanks to our uniquely qualified team of Aesthetica specialists.
Our premium laser equipment includes:
This is an advanced system we use mainly for effective, painless permanent hair reduction. The laser generates sufficient heat at the hair follicle to destroy it and prevent future growth. The Dynamic Cooling Device (CDC) sprays a cooling burst of cryogen to ensure the safety of the skin and to prevent pain.
- Bluecore Iris Q-switch laser
This is a Q-switch Nd:YAG laser that can be used to treat pigmentation, acne and blemishes, melasma, large pores, dull complexion and to activate the carbon peel. It can also be used for tattoo removal, collagen remodelling and regulating oil sebum.
- Fraxel Dual & Fraxel Re:pair
Fraxel lasers offer the efficacy of ablative treatments, with the gentleness and safety of non-ablative treatments. We have two types of Fraxel lasers:
- Fraxel Dual: This achieves outstanding results in treating wrinkles and fine lines, acne, surgical scars, sun damage and age spots, as well as improving skin tone and texture overall. It does this by combining two lasers to penetrate deep and superficial layers of skin.
- Fraxel Re:pair This uses a carbon dioxide laser to vaporize microscopic columns of tissue deep within the skin. It can be used for skin resurfacing and to treat severe sun damage, acne scars, wrinkle and reduce stretch marks.
The Vbeam Laser System is a flashlamp-excited dye that delivers pulsed laser energy at a wavelength of 595nm. The laser passes through the skin and is absorbed by the oxyhemoglobin in the blood vessels rather than the surrounding tissue. Its applications include skin rejuvenation, wrinkle reduction and treating pigmentation, rosacea, face and leg veins, warts, psoriasis, and much more.
This gentle option uses fractional laser technology to improve skin tone and texture, the appearance of fine lines, overall appearance and dyschromia, and to prevent the signs of aging and minimize pores.
Offering the ultimate in safety and comfort, this treats a wide variety of pigmentation issues and is also ideal for tattoo removal, skin tightening, and pore-minimizing applications. Its advanced technology allows for high Q-switched energy for the ultimate in speed and precision.
Unlike most traditional dermatological lasers, the Joule uses a system that delivers specific wavelengths to targeted areas without affecting the surrounding tissue. This results in fewer side effects with less risk and faster recovery times than most other lasers on the market. Perfect for skin resurfacing, activating collagen levels and treating acne scarring, sun damage and more.
Also known as the Z-Wave, offers visible results in treating cellulite. The high energy radial shockwaves consists of two different parts – positive pressure pulse and a comparatively small tensile wave component. The shockwave squeezes the surrounding tissue and breaks the grid structure of the molecules. The tensile wave leads to a collapse of the gas bubbles within the fat structures (cavitation), which re-expand after the high energy radial shockwaves and thus ensure a destabilization of the fat structures.
