Dr. Haluk completed his medical degree at Istanbul American Robert College in 1985, followed by a medical doctorate from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical School in 1991. He pursued further training through internship programs at Sandwell District General Hospital (radiology) and the Royal Hallamshire Hospital (urology) in the United Kingdom. In 1998, he earned a Fellowship in Neuro-urology and Sexual Dysfunction at Boston University Medical School, Department of Urology, one of the world’s reference centers in neuro-urology and andrology.

Dr. Haluk has authored more than 10 book chapters, more than 50 peer-reviewed papers and more than 100 presentations at the national and international meetings. Dr. Kulaksizoglu has been one of the most active surgeons in urological implant surgeries (penile implants, artificial sphincter surgeries, sacral nerve stimulators).
