Ellman Machine

Mole Removal in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain using Ellman Machine

What is the Ellman machine?

Treating moles is a fundamental aspect of aesthetic medicine, and in order to provide the best treatments for patients, Novomed has equipped its clinics with one of the latest devices specially designed to treat moles, the Ellman machine. This machine uses radiofrequency technology that helps treat any unusual skin growth. Thanks to its advanced properties, the Ellman machine can get rid of moles without leaving any scars on the skin, as the radiofrequency does not affect or damage the tissues surrounding the treated area. This machine is considered safe and effective in getting rid of moles that are troublesome to patients.

How does this machine work?

The Ellman device directs radiofrequency at the treatment area, transmitting energy through the skin tissues to treat moles, reduce their prominence and unify their color with the color of the skin. The device consists of a 4 MHz radiofrequency generator, which allows adjusting the strength of the waves by the specialist. A circular tip is used to facilitate the distribution of radio waves, as the device is held 15 to 20 centimetres away from the patient.

About 7 to 10 days after receiving the treatment, new skin cells will be formed, restoring the skin’s youth and natural color. This treatment is characterized by its speedy recovery, and the absence of scars, bruises and swelling.

What are the benefits of the Ellman machine?

  • Removes moles and papillomas.
  • Removes dead skin cells and rejuvenates the skin.
  • Unifies skin tone.
  • Treats warts and flattens them to skin level.

What areas can be treated with the Ellman machine?

Ellman device is safe and effective, and this is why it is suitable for application on different parts of the body, namely:

  • Face: Since this device does not leave any scars on the skin, it can be applied to the face to treat any moles, birthmarks or warts that may appear on the skin.
  • Under the armpits, neck and chest: These areas are most prone to moles and warts, and it is safe to apply Ellman treatment on them.
  • Hands: treatment helps to treat and remove any unusual skin growth that appears on the hands.

What happens after the Ellman treatment session?

After completing the treatment, it is advised to avoid exposure to the sun and to apply sunscreen with a protection factor of SPF50 +regularly. It is also important to take care of the treated area, protect it and maintain its cleanliness until its color becomes uniform with the color of the skin. In addition, it is preferable to avoid applying any cosmetic products to the treated area.

It is recommended to apply a cream intended for treated moles, with a bandage applied to the site on the first day, and at night during the days following the treatment, to avoid skin contact with clothes or bedding.
